2. PRODUCTS AND SPECIFICATIONS

We strive to ensure that the information on our website is complete, accurate, and current. However, despite our efforts:

• Specifications: Technical parameters (engine displacement, power, dimensions) are subject to change without prior notice due to continuous product improvement.
• Colors: The actual colors of vehicles may vary depending on your monitor settings.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT TERMS

As a B2B manufacturer, our standard trading terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract:

• Incoterms: Prices are generally quoted as FOB (Free On Board) Chongqing, unless otherwise specified.
• Payment: We typically require a 30% deposit via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to commence production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment or against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
• Order Confirmation: An order is not binding until you receive a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) from us and the deposit has been confirmed.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Lead Time: Standard production lead time is 15-30 days after receipt of deposit, depending on order volume and customization requirements.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from CJMOTO are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FOB terms).

Customs & Duties: You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in your destination country.

5. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

We stand behind the quality of our vehicles. Our standard warranty for international distributors includes:

• Engine & Frame: 12 Months or 3,000 KM (whichever comes first) from the date of Bill of Lading.
• Key Components: 6 Months for electrical parts (ECU, Display, Sensors).
• Exclusions: Consumable parts (tires, brake pads, filters, batteries) and damage caused by misuse, racing, or improper maintenance are not covered.
• Claim Process: Defective parts will be replaced free of charge upon submission of photo/video evidence. We do not cover labor costs for repairs performed locally.

Returns: Due to the nature of international heavy cargo, we generally do not accept returns of whole vehicles unless there is a critical manufacturing defect that cannot be rectified with spare parts.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, vehicle designs, and software, is the property of CJMOTO or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

OEM/ODM: If we manufacture products based on your designs or branding (OEM), you warrant that you hold the necessary intellectual property rights and indemnify us against any third-party claims.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall CJMOTO, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the Chongqing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its rules of procedure. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
